Ronald Erdmann, Co-Managing Director, Global Solar Energy Deutschland

A graduate in Engineering, Ronald Erdmann has been responsible for all technical matters at the German production plant since 2008. Mr. Erdmann joined Global Solar after 10 years of production management at Gillette, where he gained in-depth managerial experience overseeing a team of professionals, as well as over 180 hourly employees. In addition, Mr. Erdmann has handled a variety of production related, organizational, and cost saving related projects. He has a successful record of machine & technology transfers; new product launches; and production ramp-ups utilizing international teams.
