Jens Mühling, Co-Managing Director,Global Solar Energy Deutschland

A graduate in Business Administration, Jens Mühling has been responsible for the commercial side of the business at the German plant since 2007. Upon completion of his Bachelor’s degree in business, Mr. Mühling worked as an International Financial Advisor at the German utility, Mannheimer Verkehrs- und Versorgungsverband (MVV) and its subsidiary MVV Consulting GmbH. At Mannheimer Verkehrs, Mr. Mühling worked with government agencies, environmental organizations, regulators and foreign utility companies on renewable energy projects financed by the European Union, KfW Bankengruppe, and the World Bank.

Furthermore, Mr. Mühling gained experience in photovoltaic, fuel cell and waste heat recycling technologies working with the EU SAVE and EU Intelligent Energy Program. After his time at Mannheimer Verkehrs, Mr. Mühling joined I-Sol Ventures GmbH as an Investment Manager responsible for the investment-related financial management of Global Solar Energy, Inc. He was subsequently brought in to work directly for the Company’s German subsidiary, GSED.
